Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to reject any print request for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, concerns about the legality, safety, or ethical implications of the requested print.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions to print their models. By submitting a model to us, you confirm the following:
You have obtained the correct license to print the model.
The model is not stolen, pirated, or otherwise obtained unlawfully.
The intellectual property owner permits the model to be printed for the use you intend.
Prohibited Items
We will not print the following:
Lower receivers or any parts critical to the construction of a functional firearm.
Items that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
Any object intended to cause harm, promote illegal activities, or pose a safety risk.
Items that promote hate, discrimination, or violence against protected classes.
Items bearing symbology or representations of groups that, historically or currently, promote hate, discrimination, or violence.
Items that sexualize children or children’s content, or items that promote or depict sexual violence.
Items intended for medical or health-related use, such as prosthetics, respirator parts, or other medical devices, unless explicitly cleared and compliant with applicable safety standards.
